Overview

Robo-navi-Smart detects with a high accuracy whether or not the nut and the workpiece are set correctly right before welding.
It prevents manufacturing defectively welded products.
It is a poor weld detection system developed for robots and automated machinery in nut welding.

Features

Smart and compact

The sensor unit has an air cylinder structure inside. Interference with the workpiece and the jig is minimized.

Equipped as standard with a quick exhaust valve. Improve durability of the air cylinder.
 

Holder shows excellent cooling effect.

Inner water-cooling system directly cools inside the holder. It reduces wear and tear from the heat from electrodes and spatter adhesion.
 

Air blow system

Air blow system reduces spatter adhesion to nuts, guide pin, and inside the unit Air-cooling effect reduces the heat of electrodes.
 

Ceramics guide pin specification

Ceramics guide pin has high hardness and long service life. Because there is no electrocorrosion, nor abrasion.
Also there is no adhesion of spatter and jamming of nut.
The use of silicon nitride guide pins stabilizes navi measurements.
*Please use the dedicated guide pin with screw.
