e-2: Zircochromium copper+α+N (ZrCrCu+α+N)
The new material e-2 is superior to chromium copper in all aspects of hardness, electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity. In addition, effects of α(rare earth elements) enables welding performance equivalent to Dispersion strengthened copper (Al2O3Cu).
It is coated with a special material and the hardness is equivalent to  RWMA CLASS 3. It is mainly used for cap tips because of its high quality, longer operating life, and melt resistance.
