Overview
Robo-navi-Single detects with a high accuracy whether or not the nut and the workpiece are set correctly right before welding.
It prevents manufacturing defectively welded products.
It is a poor weld detection system developed for robots and automated machinery in nut welding.

Easy replacement of guide pins
By using the entire stroke of the cylinder, the guide pin is shifted from the inside of the holder for easy replacement.
Positioning is much easier
The replacement work can be done easily without time-consuming adjustment and centering work that occurs when replacing each part and electrode.
Air Blow system
Air blow system reduces spatter adhesion to nuts, guide pins, and inside of the unit. Air cooling effect prevents heating of the electrode.
Holder has excellent cooling effect! Six sizes available.
Internal water-cooling system that directly cools the inside of the holder reduce abrasion and spatter adhesion caused by heat on the electrode part.
Slim and compact body without water jacket or intermediate adapter allows minimum interference with the workpieces.
We have 6 standard sizes for inner water-cooling holder.

Ceramics guide pin specification
Ceramics guide pin (Silicon nitride) is included as standard equipment.
Ceramics guide pin has high hardness and long service life. Because there is no electrocorrosion, nor abrasion.
Also there is no adhesion of spatter and jamming of nut.
The use of silicon nitride guide pins stabilizes navi measurements.
No friction!
Adoption of high-powered cylinder has reduced friction between the workpiece and the guide pin, and it raises operation rate.
Tact up effect
Vertical movement of the guide pin enables high-speed movement of the workpiece, and to shorten tact time.
Robo-navi Controller
- 15 conditions in standard specification, and up to 31 conditions (optional) can be registered.
- OK output and NG output from this unit to external equipment is possible.
- Channel can be specified by external equipment.
