Twin Holder

Twin Holder is an upper electrode holder designed to weld two places at one time.
For the lower part, use our Two Point Weding Holder.
 
Welding force and welding current become one half of normal one point welding. Set and use about two times higher than normal welding as a guide.
 

If the height difference is within 3 mm, when pressure is applied, the electrodes sink vertically due to cam mechanism and so the left and right electrodes become level.
 

With the Twin Holder, the electrodes move vertically when pressure is applied. This enables stable welding and good weld nugget appearance.
