Overview
Since the conventional one-piece nut welding electrode is divided into two parts, electrode dressing is not required, and robot teaching after tip replacement is also not required.
This reduces the time required to replace tips at the production line and leads to increase operation rate.

Example of use
When replacing the electrode, replace only the thin tip with the thin tip screw adapter attached.
By doing so, the electrode can be replaced while the guide pin is attached.
